As a true Repetto ambassador, your role is to offer customers a unique and memorable experience with the aim of maximizing sales and building long-term customer relationships.

• Welcome and support customers through the sales process
• Advise customers with the aim of optimizing sales and performance indicators.
• Help build customer loyalty by monitoring and updating the customer file
• Develop detailed knowledge of the product and the company's history, in order to enrich the customer experience.
• Participate in back office management: process deliveries, maintain the stockroom, restock products on the sales floor.
• Presentation and merchandising of products in line with the brand's visual identity.
• Active participation in stocktaking & identification of any discrepancies

• You have significant sales experience in one or more high-end or luxury brands.
• You are dynamic and a real team player
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of service
• You are well presented and articulate
• Sensitivity to the world of dance would be a plus
