À propos d’Olivia Olbrechts

Après 13 années comme graphiste en marketing et communication, Olivia a changé d’orientation pour devenir enseignante de yoga en 2017. Passionnée depuis toujours par l’anatomie et le mouvement, parallèlement elle développe une activité de masseuse.
En 2020, une salle où elle travaille lui demande de reprendre un cours de Pilates, elle décide alors de suivre la formation Stott. Très vite, elle accroche à cette discipline et multiplie les cours.
Depuis ses débuts, elle ne cesse de se former dans ses diverses disciplines, elle suivra d’ailleurs une formation de Pilates Reformer en novembre de cette année.
Actuellement, elle donne de nombreux cours de yoga et Pilates dans différents clubs et toujours des massages, notamment des danseu•r•ses professionnel•le•s

Orders from Repetto sites in Japan, China, Korea, and Taiwan are managed externally and are not operated by our warehouse.

The delivery fees and delivery times vary by country and the selected delivery service, see the following table.

• All orders placed before 1 pm (French time - GMT + 1), from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, are prepared and handed over to the carrier on the same day.
• All orders placed and validated after 1 pm (French time - GMT + 1) on a working day will require an additional working day for delivery.

By using your parcel tracking number you can follow your package's progress at any moment in your secure personal space "Your Account", and on the sites provided by Colissimo (www.colissimo.fr) or DHL (www.dhl.fr).

When you place your order on www.repetto.fr, you can have it delivered free of charge to a Repetto shop located in France.**

This type of delivery takes place within 24hrs when orders are placed before 1 pm (GMT + 1) Monday to Friday, and within 2 working days when the order is placed after 1 pm. The store will contact you as soon as the package is received after which you have 15 days to pick it up from the store.

RETURN

If the size or model is not suitable, you can return the delivered items to us with charge* within 14 days from the delivery date, in their complete original packaging (accessories, instructions, shoe box, plastic pouches, labeled, new, unworn, unwashed).

To register your return request, we invite you to log in to your personal account and go to the "My Orders" section. On the relevant order, click on "View Details" to access the "Make a Return" button, allowing you to select the reference(s) you want to return. Once you have made your selection, you can download the return form and the prepaid return label to print from your account. The return form must be included in your shipment. These two documents will also be sent to you by email. For security reasons, we recommend that you keep the stamped proof of deposit for your return.

The verification of the returned items and their refund will be processed within 15 days from the receipt of your return. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that depending on your bank, the credit notification to your account may take several days.

If you had paid for delivery charges with your order, please note that these will be refunded only in the case of a complete return of your order. For any partial return, the delivery charges paid during the initial order will remain at your expense.
