Our shoes, like our ballet slippers, are handcrafted using techniques unique to Maison Repetto, including the 'sewn-turned' technique. This exceptional and meticulous manufacturing process is used to create each Repetto ballet slipper and legendary shoe. It demonstrates the House's precise expertise, as it requires the shoes to be sewn and mounted inside out on a lightweight yet durable vegetable-tanned leather sole before being turned inside out.
This know-how gives them a very special flexibility and makes them more comfortable to wear.

Since 2005, a research and development partnership with the Technological University of Compiègne has made it possible to develop a soundless and painless tip.
