made in france
True to its history, Maison Repetto values French craftsmanship. Founded in Paris with its first boutique at 22 rue de la Paix, it later established its workshop in Saint-Médard-d'Excideuil, in the Dordogne region. Today, although some of our collections are produced in other carefully selected workshops, it is here that our iconic creations—dress shoes, ballet slippers, and other iconic models—come to life, perpetuating a unique artisanal tradition.
Our historic factory
At Repetto, exceptional craftsmanship and the "perfect gesture" are perpetuated in Dordogne, in Saint-Médard-d'Excideuil. The artisans who work there have all undergone a long initiation and are the custodians of a unique know-how, that of Repetto's original technique: reverse stitching. This exclusive practice and many other tricks of the trade are passed down from the most experienced to the youngest, who share together a pride in their craft, a love of beautiful materials, and an attention to detail.

THE MAKING OF THE POINT
The pointe shoe accompanies the evolution of dance towards greater lightness and elevation. Since 1947, Maison Repetto has distinguished itself with the "returned stitching" technique, a unique expertise that gives our pointe shoes their uniqueness.

Since 1947, Repetto has embodied French luxury, combining elegance and refinement. Our creations, crafted from exceptional materials, demonstrate unique and exacting expertise.
