Since 1947, Maison Repetto has ensured that every experience with us is exceptional. This is why we offer a return service that meets our commitments.

To ensure your return is processed quickly, we invite you to follow the specific instructions for your region.

From France

You can return your order by clicking here or, if you have an account, in the 'My Orders' section.


Return options:

- Exchange for a different size and/or color: free

- Refund in the form of store credit: free

- Refund to your original payment method: €5 will be deducted from your refund.

From International

You can return your order by clicking here or, if you have an account, in the 'My Orders' section.

The return fee for a refund is calculated based on the weight of the returned order and the country you are in.

Exchanges and store credits will be available soon.

The Timeframe

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return any items that do not meet your expectations. Returns are subject to a €5 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

The refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving your return. A confirmation of the refund will be sent to you by email.

The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Perfect condition

Please note that only new items, in their original packaging, will be accepted.

Return in-store

In case of an in-store exchange, we strongly advise you to contact the desired store to ensure the availability of the item as well as the size you are looking for.

Online exchange

Our Maison now offers online exchanges for the same product in a different size and/or color. Exchanges for a new product will be possible for an amount equal to your original product. Exchanges are currently available only for orders placed from France. Soon available worldwide.
