This exceptionally meticulous production process is employed in the creation of every Repetto dance slipper and every iconic shoe. It showcases the precision of Maison Repetto's craftsmanship, as it requires the shoe to be stitched and mounted inside out onto a sturdy yet lightweight plant-based leather sole, before being turned right side out.
This expertise gives the shoes an inimitable suppleness, making them more comfortable to wear.

Since 2005, a research and development partnership with the "Université Technologique de Compiègne" has allowed us to develop a new pointe shoe that minimises sound and pain.
