Twenty years after their first collaboration, Repetto and Comme des Garçons reunite for a bold and exclusive partnership. Staying true to a shared legacy of creativity and precision, the two Houses present a highly limited edition of the CAMILLE ballet flat and the ROSE Mary Jane—born of a refined dialogue between artisanal tradition and artistic innovation.
Crafted in France in Repetto’s workshops using the brand’s emblematic stitch-and-return technique—an iconic hallmark of its craftsmanship since 1947—these styles stand out with their graphic polka-dot finishes, applied after construction through a hydrodipping process. Each pair becomes a singular, one-of-a-kind creation, where Repetto’s timeless elegance meets the visual experimentation of Comme des Garçons.
This new creation, for the Comme des Garçons Comme des Garçons line, reaffirms the enduring bond between the two Houses, already sealed through several celebrated collaborations over the years. A shared vision of audacity and excellence, embodied in a silhouette that bridges heritage and modernity.
Camille, the iconic and timeless ballet flat from Maison Repetto, reinvents itself in this collaboration with Marine Serre. It is adorned with the designer's signature crescent moon, a perfect fusion of femininity and elegance. On the Lilouh ballet flat, this motif unfolds delicately in embroidery, enhancing the silhouette of the foot with its high, refined upper, as bold as it is feminine.
Reinterpreted by Jacquemus, Repetto's timeless Zizi brogue is adorned with a square toe and a circular heel, in a play on geometry of its own and which evokes pointes de danse, the initiating movement of the house. Made using the sew-and-turn method in the Repetto workshops in Dordogne, this exclusive collaboration with androgynous lines celebrates exceptional craftsmanship and the French visionary spirit.
