The story of the Maison begins with Rose Repetto who, in 1947, on the advice of her son Roland Petit, a dancer and choreographer, created ballet shoes. Repetto quickly became a reference for all dancers. From the ballet shoe came the first ballet flat for everyday wear, made using a technique unique in the world: stitch-and-return.

To complete our team, we are looking for a 35-hour Sales Associate.

As a true Repetto ambassador, your role is to offer our clientele a unique and memorable experience, with the aim of maximizing sales and building long-term client relationships.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Welcoming and assisting customers throughout the sales ceremony
• Advising customers in order to optimize the boutique's revenue and performance indicators
• Helping build customer loyalty by following up on and updating the client database
• Developing in-depth knowledge of the products and of the Maison's history in order to enrich the customer experience
• Taking part in back-office management: processing deliveries, keeping the stockroom in order, restocking products on the sales floor
• Presenting and showcasing products in keeping with the Brand's visual identity (Merchandising)
• Actively taking part in inventories and investigating any discrepancies

This position is for you if:

• You have significant sales experience with one or more high-end or Luxury brands
• You are dynamic and a true team player
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service
• You have a polished presentation and are well-spoken
• You have a genuine sensitivity to the world of Dance
• Fluent English required
