The story of the Maison begins with Rose Repetto who, in 1947, on the advice of her son Roland Petit, a dancer and choreographer, created ballet shoes. Repetto quickly became a reference for all dancers. From the ballet shoe came the first ballet flat for everyday wear, made using a technique unique in the world: stitch-and-return.

Maison Repetto is recruiting a Sales Associate for its boutique in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, on a 35-hour permanent contract (CDI) to be filled as soon as possible.
As a Repetto ambassador, your role is to offer our clientele a unique and memorable experience.
Reporting to the store manager, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- You will manage the entire sales process: welcoming customers according to our sales protocol, providing guidance and advice, building customer loyalty, and closing sales
- You will enhance the customer experience: you’ll passionately share the story of Repetto and introduce new customers to our craftsmanship and values
- You’ll contribute to revenue growth and the achievement of sales targets
- You’ll ensure the store is well-maintained and display products in accordance with Repetto’s visual identity (Merchandising)
- You handle deliveries, maintain the stockroom, restock products, and assist with inventory counts
About You
- You have significant sales experience at one or more high-end or luxury retailers
- You are fluent in French and English (a third language would be a plus)
- You have an excellent professional demeanor and speak clearly
- You are enthusiastic, dynamic, and a true team player
- You are known for your interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service
- An appreciation for the world of dance would also be a plus
