Nestled in Saint-Médard-d'Excideuil, in the Dordogne, our factory is the beating heart of the Maison. Since the early 1960s, this is where Repetto has crafted its shoes and ballet flats, in the very same workshop that has been part of our journey ever since. More than sixty years of history, precision and gestures repeated with the same high standards.

From the very beginning, the choice to produce in France was self-evident. Staying close to our artisans, preserving the mastery of our techniques and protecting a savoir-faire passed from hand to hand: this has always been our conviction. Stitch-and-return, the Maison's signature, demands absolute meticulousness, a slow, deliberate gesture that cannot be mechanized. It tells the story of the strength of human work, of an attentive eye and an expert hand

Over the decades, our workshop has become a true center of excellence. It brings together cutters, stitchers, lasters and finishers, some of whom have been with the Maison for a lifetime. This rare continuity allows us to pass on our gestures consistently and to maintain the same standard of excellence.

Even today, most of our ballet flats and shoes are born in this French workshop. We regularly welcome visitors, schools and enthusiasts there, to reveal the behind-the-scenes of our manufacturing and show how our methods are perfected without ever betraying the heritage on which we are built.

More than a production site, this factory is a living chapter of our history. It embodies our identity, our values and the commitment of a Maison that, for more than sixty years, has cultivated in France a precise, patient savoir-faire deeply rooted in its region.
