The story of the House begins with Rose Repetto, who, in 1947, on the advice of her son Roland Petit, a dancer and choreographer, created dance shoes. Repetto quickly became a benchmark for all dancers. From these dance shoes emerged the first urban ballerina flat, made using a technique unique in the world: the stitch-and-turn method.

From Jacquemus to Marine Serre, via Noir Kei Ninomiya, each encounter is an opportunity to enhance our heritage and constantly reimagine our iconic pieces.

Within the dance team, you will work directly with the Dance Product Manager and the Retail Dance Specialist.
You will be involved on the one hand in the product development process, and on the other hand in the field vision within the retail sector.

You will also participate in the implementation of marketing activities, linked to the highlights of the season.

You will be based 3 days a week at the head office (Paris 8th arrondissement), and 2 days a week at our flagship store on Rue de la Paix (Paris 2nd arrondissement).

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Follow-up on school/teacher outreach
o Drafting prospecting tracking tools
o Analysis of retail performance of schools / teachers
o Searching for new prospects
Fitting pointe shoes + on-site sales at our best partner schools

• Dance season resumes
o Assistance with the implementation of back-to-school sales activities (POS displays for shops, posters)
o Setting up the boutique workshops
o Assistance in preparing teacher orders

• Dance Events
o Participation in the organization of various activities according to key events: book signings, workshops, etc…
o Assistance in setting up Dance Day
o Promote these events to our partner teachers and dance schools

• Ambassador Program
o To follow semi-professional and professional dancers in order to support them in their career (nominations, competitions, etc.) and build their loyalty
o Work on a Dance gifting plan in coordination with our Media & Communication Manager
o To promote Maison Repetto to dance companies in France and internationally

• Development of Dance & Luggage collections
o Updating product information and specifications (materials, supplies, composition, made in, etc.)
o Order tracking and sample receipt (press, showroom, photoshoot, etc.)
o Managing the sending and receiving of parcels
o Support for product control (sample and prototype measurements)
o Participation in fittings
o Management of custom-made spike orders

• Promotion of collections
o Participation in the development of collection documents (catalogue)
o Creation of sales arguments and content produced for all media (sales teams, digital, etc.)
o Preparation and setup of showrooms
o Support in preparing for various photo shoots: campaigns, seminars, e-shops…

• Analysis and reporting
o Conducting benchmarking and competitive intelligence (products, trends, prices…)
o Ad hoc analysis of sales performance across the entire network.

You are a student in a business school, marketing, fashion or equivalent.
• You have initial experience in marketing as an assistant product manager
• You have a strong interest in the world of dance
• Curious, proactive and responsive, you have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
• You are rigorous and have a sense of organization
• Your English is fluent
• You are proficient in the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
