The Zizi oxford shoe, created for dancer Zizi Jeanmaire, Rose Repetto's daughter-in-law, and made famous by Serge Gainsbourg in the 1970s, is one of the Maison's iconic products. Made using the unique "stitch-and-return" technique in our ateliers in France, this style combines comfort, lightness and elegance.

Benefits of the selected manufacturing process: Stitch-and-return is the House's historic manufacturing process, perfected by Madame Rose Repetto in 1947. The sole is sewn to the top of the shoe, inside out, before being turned inside out. This technique gives the shoe unequalled suppleness and comfort.
